Andree Martinez

Andree was raised by her parents in El Paso Texas. Her family is one with entertainment-related genealogies. She grew up with a host family and performers, which included her sister Karla Martinez, who hosts Univision's Despierta America (1997)). (1997)) and family guitarists and singers. Andrew Martinez serves as vice president, safety security and business Resiliency for Southern California Edison. SCE is one of the biggest electric utilities. SCE has made safety of workers as well as security of the corporate environment a primary concern. Martinez is the head of the activities and programs which are geared towards those areas. Martinez is accountable for supplying safety leaders within the organization with the support and guidance training programs that they need to meet their safety group goals. Martinez was the Director of Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE prior to his current position. Previously, Martinez was the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During the 30 years that he was at SCE, Martinez served in various leadership roles in programs aimed at improving performance and corrections. They included posts at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS which focused on protecting the safety of both employees and the public.
